Are you about to finish Year 10 (16 years of age) and have the commitment to complete a 4 year apprenticeship. Do you have the following attributes
- Attention to detail
- Are you punctual - start time 7.30am
- Proactive and willing to be part of a team
- Completed or about to complete Year 10
- Basic math skills
- Take pride in learning a new skill
- Willingness to observe and learn
and accept the following responsibilities
- Regularly attend TAFE (1 day per week for 3 years)
- Undertake assembly of standard products
- Basic marking, cutting and drilling of metal products
- Prepare product for surface finish
- Assist others in the manufacturing area
- Fabrication of metal structures - once qualified
- Be prepared to undertake further duties in accordance with skills progress
We are looking for keen people who can appreciate an interesting career and can imagine themselves as part of a team striving for excellence in their chosen career.
The first three years of this four year apprenticeship will require the successful applicant to attend off-the-job training one day per week. The final year will be spent within the normal working team based environment.
Apprenticeship wages will apply.
A full medical exam will be required.

Engineer

- Involved in and managing projects

- Represent the Company in a professional manner at trade shows and industry events
